Create Custom Borders: Hand-Drawn or Image-Based
Instructions:
1. You can change border Tile dimensions.
2. Draw freehand on border Tile (You can change color, and brush width).
3. As you draw, the frame will be updated live.
4. You can change frame dimensions as well as border-width on frame.
5. Right-Click on frame or border tile to Save-As/Copy Image when you're finished.
6. IIRC, the color picker is Apache-2 License, so you're free to alter the source code and distribute it provide you give people the same rights.

I'll have to credit which every color picker I found on the net and saved it to github space without remember exactly where I got it because there are just so many sources out there now.

I decided it revive this from a previously deleted blog because well this one is too useful to not have.
