This is done like paint by colors kind of borders.Each time you change a setting it automatically updates but it might take some time to finish rendering results.
1. Load and Image from your Desktop.
2. Choose Horizontal Scaling. Blur image (default 2 pixels) so you don't get too many strayed pixels/colors.
3. Choose Number of Colors to Reduce to for coloring.
4. You'll get a Black and White stroked like a Paint by Color kind of output. You can change the opacity of black
5. You'll also get a Color on White stroked like a Paint by Color kind of output but with colored borders. You can change the opacity of the colored strokes
6. You'll also see the color map to the right of the canvas in step 5.
You can RIGHT-click on any of canvases to save image as (for printing if you wish).
